Our facility features digital monitoring systems for smokehouse and refrigeration units, automated lines for increased output production, and safe-handling mechanisms to ensure ultimate product quality. Those are just a few things we’ve done to give our customers an edge over the competition.

Our Family Brands management team has well over 100 years of experience in the meat industry and boasts an average tenure of 17 years at Family Brands alone! Customer and employee safety remains our first concern at Family Brands, and it has only been enhanced since beginning production in our new, highly-modernized plant. All plant operations are compliant with USDA and FSIS (Food Safety and Inspection Service) regulations. Quality assurance and compliance is monitored continuously under HAACP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and SSOP (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedure) programs. The plant is SQF (Safe Quality Foods) certified in accordance with the GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative). And while we constantly look to innovate and push the boundary on meat production, we promise to never compromise safety among our customers and employees.
